I execute artworks in any medium or mixed media and sizes, whatever you wish your portrait to be of yourself, of your loved one or your pets. I also undertake art works (still life or abstract) that artistically and dimensionally fits your home or part of your home. My creations for you are carrying out listening to your visions and perceptions and updating you with the progress of the work from beginning to the end of it. 

I make my artworks using sitters, photographs or my memory and I interpret the subject and your suggestions for an amazing final product.

Q: What is the price range?

A: As every Art Work is unique, prices vary depending also by time used to complete it, its size, technique and media used, material prices and customers feedback availability. Please contact me at barbara.capuani@gmail.com to discuss anything on this matter.

Q: I would like a realistic portrait from a photo, does the photo need to be a good quality one?

A: Yes, the more detailed the photo is the more realistic the portrait will be.

Q: I had an artistic dream and would love to see it on canvas, can you help me?

A: Yes, we can work together to make it happen. Listening to your description, I will do a series of sketches and you will choose the one that most represented your dream and I will paint it for you. 

Q: I have multiple photo of various subjects and want them to be all together in one art work, do they need to be all in the same photos?

A: No, as an experienced artist I will represent the subjects together in one art work as you wish.

Q: Can I request changes to the artwork after seeing a photo of the progress?

A: Yes, only reasonable small alterations can be requested at no charge. 

Q: Do you do digital art?

A: No, I am a traditional artist and have a better understanding of media and their potential than a device. When I am asked this question, I always like to mention the following quote (it is not mine) : 

"When buying from an artist, you’re buying more than just a painting. You are buying hundreds of hours of failures and experimentation. You are buying days, weeks & months of pure joy. You aren't just buying a thing, you’re buying a piece of heart, part of a soul, a moment of someone’s life. Most importantly, you’re buying the artist more time to do something they are passionate about."

Q: Do you offer framing for your artworks?

R: No, I don't offer framing service.

Q: Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?

A: Yes, I can help with choosing the style, material and the color of the frame's artwork while it is up to the customers to select the frame provider.

Q: I can't collect the artwork you made for me, can you ship it?
